Accredited Building & Pest Inspections is a locally owned and operated family business on the beautiful Sunshine Coast with building knowledge spanning 3 generations.
Our Inspections are carried out by Carson who is a licenced builder and pest Inspector and is also the owner of the company and not outsourced. We are fully insured and carry out our inspections as per the Australian standards AS 4349.1-2007 and AS 4349.3.-2010
Accredited Building Inspections is a proud member of the Master Builders Association and a member of the Institute of Building Consultants. We hold QBCC qualifications and licensing for Builder-open, Completed residential building inspections, Termite chemical and Carpentry.
Owner / Operator Carson Smith has over 20 years experience in the Building and pest insdustry utilising his extensive knowledge and state of the art technology we provide high quality detailed reports with amazing customer support.
